We arrived safely in Moyobamba and live us in here now so slow. The town is a bit sleepy, but we can at least ungefaerdet all running around in the evening yet. Our apartment is the HAMMEEEEEER! You must come visit us all, is enough space for all of you :-) Next week we are allowed out into the rain forest, the first Awajún Indians visit * happy *
We have already introduced all at a big party and were at the banquet that followed by the chief invited to his table. This made then wrapped in banana leaves and chicken and bananas cooked in the fire was really yummy! And irgendso a fermented yucca juice, of which one was really bad. Anyway, we have already at the first day Awajún get our name, which is apparently something quite special. Other people have to wait years to get a name. Julia
means Ipak and Ronja called Suwa. Awajún a legend after Ipak and Suwa were sisters who have somehow transformed into plants. Suwa is large can with dark hair and from the plant you win Ipak black color and is smaller with light hair from the roots to rota can gain color.
Well, did you get that name already? Well anyway we are fine and we're looking forward to see you again in January (or maybe even earlier?)!
love all Greetings from the chiller-paradise ...
