The fire department was alerted to several Neustadt weather operations in the city. There were several cellars under water, fallen trees and broken branches, dirty pavements and manhole covers were lifted by water reported. There were 34 emergency response centers throughout the city to work. For unwinding of bets the operations center was staffed by two men.
